0Professors are not required to complete any training in regards to learning how to collaborate amongst themselves in the educational system.

Why Isn’t It Working?

0 Without collaboration between professors and faculty there is no understanding of real world concepts and no motivation to learn.

0 Today’s academia is too departmentalized for students to grasp the big picture

0 Without communication and collaboration amongst teachers and faculty there becomes a sense of solidarity and a lack of motivation and drive, creating more of a barrier to overcome.
