Visteon Supplier portal – General Introduction:

The following guide is designed to help suppliers learn how to register a newcompany or supplier security administrator (SSA), obtain an ID for an existingcompany, reset a forgotten ID or password, and access the supplier portal.

1. If a Supplier contact encounters issues using the Self-Service Reset tool for Passwords and forgotten User ID (CDS IDs), then they should call Visteon Service Desk for their country.y2. If a Supplier contact is waiting for approval on a CDS ID to access Visteon applications, they should contact their Company’s Security Service Administrator(SSA) for approval status on their CDS ID request. Approvals for CDS IDs are controlled by the company’s SSA and not VisteonCDS IDs are controlled by the company s SSA and not Visteon.

to log out of the supplier portal and close your browser when prompted.

Note: For security purposes, passwords expire every 90 days. So during Login, users will be

prompted to choose a new password about two weeks before the 90 days expiration. When prompted, follow the reset instructions (offline) and select to continue.

Reset Forgotten Password

An e-mail message will be sent to the address on file with a link and anthe address on file with a link and anaccess code. Follow the directionsin the e-mail to reset yourpassword. Note: the access codeis only valid for 30 minutesis only valid for 30 minutes.

Once accepted, you will beprompted to select whichpassword you would like to resetpassword you would like to reset.Selections will vary based youraccess. You can reset a singleaccount or multiple accounts at thesame time Allow a few minutes forsame time. Allow a few minutes forthe system to update beforelogging in.
