BlockAssembly:

1.Cutthegreentriangleandbackgroundtrianglepiecesusingthetemplatesprovided.

2.Layoutthepiecesasshown,andplacetherightbackgroundtriangleonthegreentriangle,rightsidestogether.Matchtheedgesandcorners,andsewfromoneendtotheotherusinga1/4”seamallowance. (Note that the template tips in my photos are slightly different than the templates provided.) Pressseamout.

3.Repeatwiththeleftbackgroundtriangletosewthebackgroundtriangletothegreentriangle.Pressout.Theblockshouldmeasure71/2”x8”,with1/4”ofbackgroundfabricatthetoppointoftheblock.

4.Layoutthe2”x31/4”backgroundstripsandthebrown2”squareasshown.Sewthestripsandsquarerightsidestogether,andpresstowardsthebrown.

5.Sewthestriptothebottomofthetriangleblock.Presseitherdirection.

6.Thetreeblockshouldmeasure71/2”x91/2”.
