Master’s Program « Political Analysis and Public Policy «

2015/2016

On the 19th of November, at 5:30 - 7:00 PM, the students gave their mandate to formalize the student’s chamber composition which was based on the students’ initiative committee. This committee had a healthy mix of both last year’s student council members as well as the new master’s students.

The electoral procedure was observed in the presence of the teachers of the faculty members, namely the head of the program Professor Nina Belyaeva, besides Vice-Head of the program Sanjay Rajhans and Professor Sergey Parkhomenko .

The voting procedure was validated by more than 71 % of the total composition of the students of the program (1st year and 2nd year Master’s). It was documented by Professor Parkhomenko using the video camera. The students were encouraged to vote via online/email if they cannot attend the event of election in the classroom. only one student from the second year who is at present in Bologna participated in the election process via email.

The list of the students who were given the mandate for the student chamber comprises mainly of the students who had been in the initiative group along with new members who are willing to participate as the members of the student chamber.

Contributing to the academic and research growth of the Master’s in Political Analysis and Public Policy

Provide thorough assistance to the students of Master’s in Political Analysis and Public Policy

advocating HSE’s internationalisation and diversitythrough organising interdisciplinary events of global aspect.
