STAGE TENDER NOTICECustodian Evacuee Property, Jammu on behalf of Evacuee Property Department Jammu, invites

fresh tenders affix with Revenue stamp of Rs. 5/- from the registered/approvedCivil/Electrical/Sanitary contractors of appropriate class for the maintenance, repairs, addition/alter-ation and renovation/improvement nature of works each for Group 'A;, 'B', 'C', 'D' & "E' covering stageareas as per annexure 'A' enclosed with the tender document respectively for the financial year 2021-22. The worth of each work to be executed under stage however should not exceed Rs. 1.0 lacsbeyond which work separate tenders shall be floated by the department. The tenders should beaccompanied with CDR worth Rs. 20,000/- [Rupees Twenty thousand only) each for groups 'A', 'B','C' & 'D' and Rs. 5,000/- (Rupees Ten thousand only) for groups 'E' respectively, all pledged to theCustodian Evacuee Property, Jammu.

The tenders completed in all respects should reach to the office of the undersigned by or before13-07-2021 upto 16:00 hrs by registered post or courier only and shall be opened on the same dayor next convenient day in presence of the intending tenderers or their representatives who may wishto be present. The tender forms/ documents can be had from the office of the undersigned w.e.f. 28-06-2021 to 06-07-2021 during office hours on payment of Rs. 500/- (rupees five hundred only), non-refundable, for each group and on production of valid Contractor's Registration Card duly renewed.

The intending tenderers shall quote their rates above/ below to the J&K SS Rates of 2020 forCivil and Sanitary works and above/below CPWD DSR of 2018 for electrical works. The non-sched-uled items shall however be paid on basis of lowest market rates. All the rates/quotes should be writ-ten neatly in figures and words as well. The Custodian General reserves the right to accept/rejectany tender without assigning any reason thereof. The conditional tenders will not be accepted andshall be rejected out-rightly. The others terms and conditions of the NIT along with details of thestages are mentioned in annexure-'A' and 'B' attached with the tender form/document.
