Hotel & Accommodation
Hotel and travel expenses are not included in the conference fee and are paid by
participants.
In the ESTREL Hotel Berlin a room contingent with special conditions is set up
(single room 108 EUR, double room 120 EUR, breakfast + 22 EUR).

All delivery and assembly vehicles must be removed from the event site by the end of the
assembly time. Vehicles that are still on the event grounds after the mentioned times may
be removed by the organizer at the risk and expense of the respective exhibitor.
The exhibition area is multifunctional, with access to the conference rooms. Coffee and lunch will be served in the exhibition area. The exhibition area is the center for conversations and networking.

Arrival by public transport:
It is a 5-minute walk from the station Sonnenallee (S-Bahn / city rail) to the Estrel Congress
Center. You need roughly 10 to 15 minutes to the station Sonnenallee from the main railway
stations Hauptbahnhof, Südkreuz or Gesundbrunnen.
Access & Tickets During assembly, you will have access to the exhibition area by presenting your company's business card. You will receive your tickets in the form of name badges for the conference at the
registration desk during the opening hours. The number of participants you can register
depends on the exhibition or sponsoring package you booked, it is stated in the service
description of your contract.
Additional tickets:
Exhibitors and sponsors can register additional participants with a 30% discount. Please
register via www.futurebattery.eu/register and use the discount code FBF21ASPPLUS in the
last step of the registration process to get the discount.
Covid-19
Together with the Estrel Hotel, we have developed a comprehensive hygiene concept as well
as well thought-out security measures to implement a conference in Covid 19 times. You can

Section B: Marketing & Promotion
Promotion
All exhibitor packages include effective online marketing positioning (company name with URL, logo
in the digital exhibition plan, company presentation in the download area for conference
participants) as well as an extensive print marketing positioning (company logo in all printed
documents as well as the company name and logo in the conference magazine). Positioning in the
printed conference brochures requires submission of required data prior to printing deadlines.

Conference App & Digital Exhibition
We provide a mobile phone conference app, which participants will use. The app allows to a) send private messages to other conference participants, b) arrange B2B meetings with other participants, c) access to the list of participants, d) participate in live polls and discussions and e) view exhibitor profiles and product solutions.
All participants will automatically receive access to the app and their login details by email.

Floor Plan
The exhibition plan is regularly updated and provided digitally. The organizer reserves the
right to make changes to the plan.

Basic Equipment of the Booth
All exhibition packages include the booked, empty booth space as well as a simple power
connection of 3KW.
If you are interested you can have your walls printed by cubicworx (see part C, online shop
for booth construction, equipment & furniture).
Rental furniture is not included in the exhibitor packages but can be booked via our booth
construction partner cubicworx (see online shop for booth construction, equipment &
furniture).
Booth Measurements & Construction Specifications
Please find your booth size in your contract. The measurements (width x depth) we have
communicated separately.
Construction Heights & Technical Regulations
The regular construction height for exhibition booths is 3.00m.
The maximum booth height is 5.00m (on request). Proof of safety for booth’s static provided
by a structural engineer is required for booths over a height of 3.00m. We reserve the right
to check the stand concept of booths with regular building heights between 3.00 – 5.00m.
Booths as well as their fittings and exhibits shall be built in such a way that public safety,
people’s life and health are not jeopardized. The exhibitor is responsible for static safety
and, if necessary, is obliged to show proof.

In case single-storey booths are not higher than 3.5m, their floor area is not bigger than
30sqm and they comply with the Technical Guidelines regarding design and booth
construction, there is no need to submit approved drawings.
You will find your booth marked on the floor of the exhibition area, the booth number is
notified to you in advance.

Convention Center. There is an online shop, please order directly online or contact the Estrel for
individual requests.

Security
The exhibition area is monitored in the evening and at night. The guard service is on duty
November 14th, 2021 from 9 pm to 7 am and November 15th, 2021 from 8 pm to 7 am.
Please be aware, that there is no guarding of single booths. The organizer does not assume any liability. On request, valuables can be stored overnight in a separate, lockable room.

Our partner Schenker Deutschland AG offers logistics services for exhibitors. Schenker ensures reliable transportation and handling for goods, meeting your individual requirements. To arrange the delivery of your exhibition goods at the stand on time, Schenker requires your registration no later than 15 days before the start of the event. Schenker also stores your empty packing material during the event.
If, on the basis of the current pandemic, measures are ordered by the respective state governments or health authorities, the implementation of which has cost implications, DB Schenker must pass these on to the customer (exhibitor) accordingly.

Loading & Unloading
There are separate entrances to the logistics center for the assembly and dismantling.
Entries and exits during assembly and dismantling times can be found in the attached
overview plan with important information on the admitted vehicle sizes.
The maximum clearance height under the rotunda is 3.95m. The dimensions of the largest
delivery gate for the exhibition hall are: 2.05m high and 2.29m wide.

For vehicle loading and unloading at the exhibition hall, Convention Hall I BCD, a deposit of 100 EUR has to be paid at the entrance of gate 1 or gate 2 (for Jumbo Trailer). The maximum time to stay is as follows:
Car/Van = 1 hour Truck up to 20t = 1.5 hours Truck from 20t = 2 hours
When you meet these time limits, you will receive your deposit back after leaving the
premises with your vehicle via Ziegrastraße at gate 1 (vehicles >3.90m high) or gate 2
(vehicles 3.90m - 4.10m high). Please find the loading, unloading and parking facilities on the
attached map.
Delivery Address
It is possible to send small parcels directly to the conference venue on your own (for larger goods, please use DB Schenker as a service). The Estrel Congress Center will store small deliveries arriving November 14th, 2021 up to the event and will bring them to your exhibition booth during assembly time. Find the shipping address:

Return Shipping
Our logistics partner Schenker will also support you after the conference and can take care
of the return of your equipment. Please arrange your return shipment with the Schenker
team directly. Please understand that we cannot send back any equipment.
Cleaning
The exhibitor is responsible for a clean booth. Cleaning must be completed before the event starts, each day.
The Estrel Congress Center cleans the event area every evening, apart from the booths. This way, the organizer ensures a good exhibition and conference ambience. Should you require special cleaning solutions, please contact the Estrel Congress Center (see online shop for cleaning services, special technology & more above).
The exhibitor is obligated to avoid garbage and comply with the disposal concept of the organizer. In case the exhibitor has left garbage or other items behind, the organizer is entitled to have it removed at the expense of the exhibitor.
Booth Staff
Registered exhibitors are obliged to participate in the event and to put the booth into
operation in time. During the event, especially during breaks, the stand should be properly
equipped and staffed.
The exhibition area is multifunctional, it allows access to the conference rooms and is designed for networking. All coffee and lunch breaks are held in the exhibition area.
At certain times, e.g. when workshops are on, less traffic is expected in the exhibition area. Therefore, it might not be necessary to be present at your exhibition booth permanently. Let your colleagues decide there and then when to be present at the booth.

Catering
Throughout the event, we provide catering in the exhibition for all conference participants.
The catering is included in each participant ticket.
Section D: Technical Information
Electricity
We supply every exhibition stand with a 3KW power supply, if booked before the conference
starts. If you need more than one connection, please bring additional sockets with you. IPM
AG shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from power supply interruptions or
disturbances.
If you need special solutions in terms of electricity (such as higher power or direct current),
please use the Estrel online shop (see online shop for cleaning services, special technology
& more above).
WLAN & LAN
Free Wi-Fi is available in the conference and exhibition area via (public network). We also provide high-speed WLAN access to our counters. Please feel free to contact us.
If you need a LAN connection for your exhibition stand, please order it at the Estrel online
shop.

General Terms & Special Conditions of Participation
Insurance We recommend sufficient insurance cover for your booth.
Commercial Activities Commercial activities, the distribution of flyers or the positioning of advertising placards outside the stand are not permitted. If you want to do this, please contact the organizer.
General Fire Protection Regulations The halls are equipped with fire detection and fire extinguishing systems. Safety devices such as fire extinguishers, fire detectors, hydrants, etc. and safety signs must not be added or hidden. The same applies to distribution cabinets of electrical and telephone connections and ventilation equipment. Highly flammable, flammable, or toxic gases and highly fume - forming materials such as
polystyrene hard foam (Styrofoam) or similar must not be used.
All materials must be flame-retardant (certificate: B1 according to DIN 4102).
Damages at the Conference Location Any damage caused by exhibitors or their agents on the premises, whether on buildings or facilities, will be repaired at the end of the event at the cost of the person who caused the damage.
