2013 Accomplishments

• Complete upgrade of all landscape lighting to LED

• Camera upgrades at all gates and monitoring station in guardhouse

• Major guardhouse renovation• New planned maintenance program for community:

– HVAC, Lighting, Janitorial, Street Cleaner

• New ID program for contractors & housekeepers

• Enhanced efforts to enforce compliance7

– Audit perimeter brick wall for required repairs & long term planned maintenance

– Add pedestrian passage & walkway next to Bistro/Montmarte gate

– Complete new reserve study. (Last full study 2008)• Evaluate current condition of Facility• Assess adequacy of reserve funds• Provide planned maintenance programs and long term

funding program

placement programs (41 total College Board AP programs)• 9 Honors programs for the Arts (music, art, etc.)

Security: 2013 Enhancements

• Adjusted off-duty HPD patrol hours & stakeout procedures

• Reduced size of berms in common areas along perimeter

• Enhanced Lighting in Selected Areas (still ongoing)

• Install deterrent plants in selected areas (ongoing)
