2013 Accomplishments

• Complete upgrade of all landscape lighting to LED

• Camera upgrades at all gates and monitoring station in guardhouse

• Major guardhouse renovation• New planned maintenance program for community:

– HVAC, Lighting, Janitorial, Street Cleaner

• New ID program for contractors & housekeepers

• Enhanced efforts to enforce compliance7

– Add pedestrian passage & walkway next to Bistro/Montmarte gate

• Reduced size of berms in common areas along perimeter
