Activities since last report (Toledo Meeting)
• Sending out the results of the questionnaire as a summary
document to all countries for reviewing: December 22nd 2005

• Handing over the documents to INSPIRE Drafting Team(1st March 2006)- Result of the questionnaire about the role of the cadastral parcel

Analysis the work plan of the WG-CPI- Project
• Analysis of the wider role of the cadastral parcel and other property units within National SDIs
- Actual use of cadastral information in National SDI (inventory)
• Based on the first questionnaire an additional questionnaire is needed
• Contact national Cadastral agencies (same contact persons)
• Production of an inventory (document) of the role of the cadastral parcel and other property units in Environmental and other policy sectors

Analysis the work plan of the WG-CPI- Project
• During the implementation reply on the following questions
- what is a cadastral parcel, find a common definition, describe how
different countries define it and what information they keep, put it
in the context of the current INSPIRE draft directive: done
- What is the Commission really looking for?
• Who knows?? WE have to tell them! (When, what, to whom,
based on what)
- gain and then spread knowledge on the INSPIRE process, and
the connection to proposed SDICs within our community done

Analysis the work plan of the WG-CPI- Project
• Describe the immediate future INSPIRE process before the
sub-group’s first meeting
- done Document (by Clare Hadley) and sent out to all
members (together with the first questionnaire)
• Improvement/complement of the Inventory document
- Chapter 1 concerning INSPIRE- requirements : done
- Chapter 2 concerning the role in NSDI (wider role of the
cadastre): has to developed based on the additional questionnaire
with respect to the results of the other projects (Pekka, Peter,
Leila)

Next steps …
• Completion of the inventory document: draft to be discussed at
the PCC-Meeting under Finnish presidency
• Next meeting of the Working group to be planned!
