Using the plastic trim tools, unclip the radio and air conditioning covers...
...pull it out without disconnecting, insert the
removal tools into the slots on each side of the radio

Unlip the radio, pull it carefully, then remove the removal tools
Pull and lift the radio disconnecting the connector and
the antenna

Disconnect the connector for the passenger air bag trigger
Unscrew screw 1 from the glove box
Unscrew screw 2 from the glove box

Using the plastic trim tools, unclip the central air vent assembly
Remove the assembly without disconnecting it
Using the plastic trim tools, unclip the cover located on the
left side of the dashboard

Finding an ACC wire 1/2
Remove the large black connector located under the fuse box, under
the steering wheel
Remove the thin YELLOW wire from the bottom row of the black
connector

Using a jumper or splice, connect a wire
Pass the wire under the steering wheel to the central air vent
assembly

Finding an ACC wire 2/2
On the adapter 86795 or 7711428303, cut the red wire
between the fuse holder and the ISO connector and connect the
+APC wire
Swap the fuse holders, i.e. the red and orange wires

On the adapter 84795X795, reconnect the +APC wire using a
round male terminal

Microphone passage
Using the plastic trim tools, pass the cable through the headliner
near the rain sensor
Glue the supplied bracket under the rain sensor cover, after
degreasing
Using the plastic trim tools, run the cable under the head liner and down the windscreen post
Run the cable replacing the seal on the passenger door

Pass the cable into the dashboard on the right side
Run, and attach with wire ties, the cable under the dashboard in
the glove box housing

to the light...
... and bring it out leaving sufficient length

Connect the adaptor to the original connector and connect all of the wires to the blue box as shown in the diagram below. Test the assembly
before reassembly then slide all the cables behind the glove box and attach them with wire

Pass the cable through the centre air vent assembly
Bring the wire out in the glove box housing
Glue the support (supplied) after degreasing the upper left corner
of the vent located on the dashboard

Re-clip the centre air vent assembly (ATTENTION do not cut
the screen cable)

Testing
Before refitting the system, switch the kit on using the ignition (or by starting the car). By pushing the central knob
of the remote control, check:
1 - that the menu is displayed on the screen (language or iPod etc) 2 - that the radio system is muted when the kit is in use (click in the blue box) 3 - that the sound through all speakers is properly muted 4 - that there is sound through the front speakers for spoken menus 5 - then turn off the ignition, verify that the kit turns off and that the message “goodbye” is displayed on the screen (otherwise reverse the fuses on the kit power supply harness) 6 - pair a telephone with the kit and make a call (check that both the microphone and the kit are working)

Reassembly
Refit the system using the following procedure: 1 - reconnect and replace the radio 2 - replace the glove box by pushing hard (pay attention to the accessory cable) 3 - replace screws 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 in the glove box 4 - reconnect the passenger airbag selector 5 - refit the right dashboard panel 6 - replace the cover located below the steering wheel by pushing hard 7 - replace screws 7 and 8 8 - reconnect and replace the headlight adjuster 9 - refit the panel on the left-hand side of the dashboard 10 - refit the car stereo and air conditioning surround 11 - replace the steering wheel side cover 12 - replace the cover above the glove box
