Cancellation PolicyIf minimum enrollment not be met, class will be cancelled, participants will be notified and refunds will be sent. If you withdraw from a class prior to the first session, you will receive a full refund minus a $5 processing fee. After the first session, no refunds will be given. Material fees are non-refundable.

Inclement Weather PolicyIf inclement weather occurs, WCA may cancel classes. Cancellation announcements will be posted on Facebook. Please note that whenever Waterloo Community Schools are cancelled for weather, the Phelps Youth Pavilion will be closed and WCA youth classes/programs will be cancelled.

Make & Take ScarecrowsUse hay, bamboo sticks and old clothes to make your very own scarecrow. All supplies will be provided with the event taking place outdoors.
