De ce este important.. Firele de batatura sunt inserate in rost de catre jetul de apa. Bobinele cu fir sunt asezate pe un stand pozitionat in partea stanga a razboiului si trecute prin sistemul de ghidare pana la roata tragatoare, dupa care este infasurat pe furnizorul de fir apoi este trecut prin gripper si este preluat de apa din diuza si inserat in tesatura. O parte din opririle razboiului sunt opriri datorate ruperii firelor de batatura sau privind aliniamentul bobinelor.Prin realizarea proiectului se doreste a se imbunatatii calitatea procesului tehnologic odata cu modificarea aliniamentului bobinelor de batatura.Definim .. Masurare ..Pentru standardizarea procesului incercam mutarea suportului cu bobine de batatura in partea dreapta a razboiului pe batiul masinii.

Masurare ..Suporti de batatura modificati.S-a creat un suport care sa sustina bobinele si s-a montat in partea dreapta a razboiului pe batiul masinii la o distanta de 45cm fata de culoarul de trecere din spatele razboiului si distanta dintre centrele bobinelor de 40 cm .40cm45cm

Analiza ..Defecte de materialPrin modificarea traseului de fir s-a renuntat la tija cu placute de ghidare (eliminare de aglomerari de filamente), dar pe parcursul masuratorilor s-a observat aglomerari de fir in diuza. Pentru eliminarea acestora s-a montat placuta de ghidare pe aparatoarea conducatorului de fir. Distanta la care sunt reglate placutele este de 0.2 mm pentru a nu permite nodurilor sa treaca.

Analiza ..suporti modificatiPrin modificarea traseului firului de batatura latimea culoarului de acces prin spatele razboiului se ingusteaza ,deplasarea cu caruciorul de urzeli fiind foarte dificila. Prin pozitionarea bobinelor de batatura pe culoar se ocupa 40-50 cm, distanta dintre 2 razboaie fiind de 160cm ,iar cea a caruciorului de urzeala 120 cm.

Analiza..Avantaje:-Tensiune uniforma.Dezavantaje: - Ingustarea culoarului de trecere printre razboaie cu caruciorul de urzeala.. -La razboaiele de tip vechi LW601 din cauza suportilor cu bobine de Catch Cord, mai mari, amplasarea suportului cu bobine de batatura restrictioneaza accesul pe culoar cu caruciorul de urzeala. -Crearea de noi suporti sau modificarea celor actuali.implicand costuri. -Modificarea traseului de aer la razboaiele de pe capete.. -Amplasarea bobinelor de batatura deasupra urzelii ingreuneaza munca tesatoarelor la legarea cu air spice-ul si la alimentarea cu bobine
