Jennifer ispresently working on her third figure, Killian and Paso Senior Silver Dancesand Junior Silver Freeskate.Besides working on these elements, she has enjoyed coaching theCANSKA TE and CANFIGURESKA TE programs in Madoc for 5 years andthis year at the Marmora Club.Jennifer is 17 years old and attends grade 12 at Centre Hastings SecondarySchool. It is her hope to complete her Gold dances in the near future.

Theresa McCawTheresa McCaw is 16 years old and belongs to the Napanee and Distric FigureSkating Club.Theresa is the first in her club to hold a double gold. She acquired her GoldFreeskate and completed all her Gold Dances in this last year.She is now competing as a Novice Lady, placing at the Eastern OntarioSectionals in Corwall.At the Napanee Invitational 188, she took the Gold for the Novice Ladies.Recently at the Oshawalnvitational she placed third.Theresa hopes to compete someday at the Canadians. She is skating today to"You Make My Heart Go Bang".

Amy AcornAmy Acorn is 9 years old. She has been skating for 5 years as a member ofthe Havelock Figure Skating Club. In 1987 at the Shining Waters Competitionshe was Gold Medalist in Pre Preliminary. She will be skating to "I Had TheTime Of My Life". ~.

Summer BertrandSummer Bertrand is 9 years old. She learned how to skate at the age of 3,joined the Stirling Club when she was 5, started taking private lessons by thetime she was 7 and, by her 8th birthday she passed her Dutch Waltz.She had a serious knee injury in October. Because of the seriousness of theinjury, doctors thought that she might not be able to skate at all this year.With sheer determination to skate again, she worked very had to regain herstrength. Due to her hard work she was allowed to return to skate the firstweek of January. Since then she has learned a new solo and she will becompeting at the Quinte and District Interclub Competition, the 21st ofFebruary in Madoc. In March, she will be trying her Canasta Tango andSwing Dance and her Preliminary Freeskate which you will be seeing heretoday.Way to go Summer, you've come a long way! We welcome you back.

Allison WilliamsAllison Williams is 9 years old. She learned how to skate when she was 2years old, joined the Frankford Figure Skating Club and by age 7 completedall CANSKA TE badges and some CANFIGURESKA TE badges. By the ageof 8 she had passed her Preliminary Figures, Preliminary Freeskate, herDutch Waltz, Canasta Tango and Swing. This year, Allison is embarking onher busiest year yet. She passed her Ten Fox Dance in December and expectsto do very well at the Trent Interclub Competition this February in Frankford.In March it's back to test time again for Allison as she will be trying her firstfigure test, Junior Bronze Freeskate, Fiesta Tango and Willow Waltz. Allisonimpressed the Marmora Figure Skating Club last year and is welcomed back.
