Employee Radius Mapping

Fears around mass transit in the new abnormal phase will impact employee demand for returning to the workplace - especially in central business districts that rely on mass transit to mobilize workers from outer suburban rings.

Even with elevated cleaning and PPE protocols in place on mass transit systems, there will be a psychological aversion to sharing space in such close quarters with strangers.

Providing additional options for employees that do not live within walking or biking distance, but that want to work in a more productive setting than their home, is a trend we are seeing among our client base as we navigate population programming challenges.
