Active Management through My Avon Office
From launch, My Avon Office
(MAO) will bring you a speedy,
more efficient way to manage your
activity, rather than manage
orders.
Instead, use Alerts, Notifications,
Team Profiles and the information
on your Active Management
summary screen to prioritise your
activities.
Prioritising your Active Management work
Your priorities:
1. LOA 0
2. Saved Orders
3. Inactive Representatives
FROM: Your Team Orders
Previously, under Your Team Orders>Not Placed An Order/All Orders, you will have seen:
• Account number
• Name
• Phone numbers
• Mailplan
• Area
• LOA
• Market code
• Inactive
• Late order
• Advanced brochures
• Past due balance
• Balance
• Last order type
• Registered in website
• Saved order
• Order due date
MAO will direct you to the information, in order of priority

Here you can see the Active Management summary and focus on:
•Inactives•Saved Orders•Waiting to Bill•Held Orders•Invoiced orders•Orders below MOV•Next Campaign Saved Orders•Next Campaign Waiting to Bill•Next Campaign Held Orders•Next Campaign Invoiced Orders
The above information is available for your whole network. All team members will show under the same headings – no need to select the
campaign as previously.
Active team members
In order to calculate how many active team members you have, adding together Invoiced Orders and Waiting to bill will give you an indication.
Don’t forget, for G1 active team members, your Dashboard updates over night and will reflect all orders that will count towards your title qualifier for the current campaign.
The timing of the Dashboard is when each mailplan is closed (day prior to delivery day). The Active Management information can be manually updated by yourself, using the Refresh button. New data is available every 20 minutes.

Priority 3 - Inactive Representatives
These Representatives are inactive or haven't placed order yet. You
can filter here by mailplan to
prioritise your actions.

InactivesAt the start of the campaign, each team member could show in here. Once a team member submits any type oforder for their current mailplan campaign, they will move out of this bucket once the order has been invoiced and will count towards your title. This is different to what happened in Not Placed An Order. Additional orders placed by team members meant they stayed looking as though they were inactive.
Moving through the process, the team member will show briefly under Waiting to bill. The final part of the process takes them into Invoiced Orders. At this point they will then also show under Inactives. At any one time you would be looking at 3 mailplans.
This is because their website home page will have changed following the 10pm internet cut off, and they will be in their next campaign.
In order to support you in who to focus on as the mailplans change, use the Last Order Submission date, combined with the mailplan filter.
Follow-up - Upcoming Removals
If you don’t take action
these team members will
be removed by the end of
the campaign. So offer
your support quickly.
