LATAM (Colombia, Brazil, Mexico) Recruiter

o The Recruiter will act as Subject Matter Experts for their business area/region, managing the end to end recruitment process for external requirements, owning the relationship with Client Managers & Candidates throughout the process, and be a key member in delivering the RPO to the client.

Recruitment Managero The Manager leads and motivates a team of on-site Recruiters across multiple locations in

support of one or more customers.

o The Resourcer will source and research high quality candidates from diverse range of channels, partner with recruiters to ensure pro-active searching of candidates from diverse channels for specific requisitions, as well as build and manage candidate pools for current and future hiring needs.

Recruitment Coordinatoro The Recruitment Coordinator will manage all candidate administration within a specific region,

organize and manage candidate interviews and assessments, including scheduling and preparing interviewer and candidate packs.
