• To be held in large convention centre or meeting halls of hotels.

• Seeing this we have selected a banquet hall in a five star hotel for 3 days.

• This fair would be held for 3 days.

Contacting Loan Providers

• One needs to advertise such that we get maximum loan providers for the event.

• Approaching the loan providers personally or through the volunteers in a sophisticated way.

• Because greater the number of loan providers greater the people visiting the event

Expected people and rent for booth

• Rent for one booth is ₹ 45000 for three days.• Expected loan providers are 40.• Expected people to come are 7000

Feedback

• One needs to have a feedback from all visitors in order to generate and maintain the record for future events

• Any improvement if required or not.
