Design and launch a personal financial management service that automates budgeting to make it radically easier for everyday Australians to manage their money.

• User research to understand the needs and pain points of target customers, as well as how they currently manage their money. Recruited users through Gumtree

• Reviewed customer research done by banks, government agencies, and research organisations in Australia, US, UK

• Synthesised research and identified insights• Designed an initial service blueprint• Designed and built a clickable prototype in Marvel• User testing with users recruited through Airtasker

and Gumtree• Ran Google adwords campaign to test general market

interest• Iterated service blueprint based on user testing• Designed and built a Minimum Viable Product• Ran family-and-friends trial
