diagnoses, compassionate at tention, and p r o m p t and reliable service.

2. The echocardiographic p roduc t should be under constant review. Viewing the echocar-

d iographic s tudy as a w o r k p roduc t ( the con- duct o f the procedure f rom beginning to end, the accuracy and consistency o f results) is always helpful in unders tanding the CQI process. Pat ients and echocardiographic products always

have complex interre la t ionships tha t should be as- sessed and studied du r ing CQL
