•The overall rating score of the weekly plan shall be taken from the dashboard as input for the calculation purpose

•The scoring of the overall tracking milestone plan will also be considered for the scoring purpose.

• The Processes and timelines to be followed and the adherence to the QSP will be rated on this aspect

• The defect data that is being collated for the dashboard forms a part of the rating system under Quality Parameter.

•For the new projects the quality rating would be on the progress of the work and the quality of the work being executed.( to be considered for ongoing and new projects)

Quality –30%

• The Helmet of Honor would form an integral part of the rating system under the Safety Parameter.

• The House keeping of the site and the completed projects of the site will also be considered for the Safety Rating system.

Safety –20%

•Cost planning , material planning ( to be considered for new projects)

•Suggestions for Improvement
