No sticking, no screws, just plugging in!BEECardboard by BeeWaTec
BEECardboard is the revolution of Cardboard Engineering. Our new system helps you to create your individual systems even faster. This method is used during workshops in order to create and test work stations, shelves etc. even before the „real“ assmelby. In this way expensive changes can be avoided afterwards. (muda = waste) We offer an effective assembly kit of components, which you can later reproduce perfectly with our pipe racking system by G.S ACE. It consists of carton pipe diameter 28mm, carton angles 40x40mm and corre-sponding plastic joints.
All components (exception: carton pipe and angles) can be used several times. A high level of emphasis is placed on sustainability.
Starter kits as well as individual componen-ts are available.

Value-Stream magnetsProcess optimizations made easy
Process mapping with value stram magnets – in an easy and flexible way to optimize!Increasing competition as well as cost preasure make companies to conti-nuously optimize their value creating processes in production and admi-nistrative environments. Some methods such as value stream analysis or process mapping are commonly used to map the CURRENT situation (on a pin board). The visualization reveals weak points such as long lead times, bottlenecks, loops or multiple processing. The task is to create a FUTURE process which is free of any waste. This process will be tested in reality and optimized several times until everything is running well. Normally, the teams dedicated on value stream mapping tend to use large sheets of paper and self-adhesive Post-It Notes sheets. Value stream sym-bols are drawn on these note sheets and the collected data are written down. If there are changes, then it is very likely that the whole process needs to be reworked. It is far easier with value stream magnets: Data and information are colle-cted on WhiteBoard (magnetic board) on which you can write down infor-mation. The most common value stream symbols are printed on magnetic material. By the help of those, you can easily map the process and change as much as you like.
By using value stream magnets the lean process itself will be lean! You can label the value stream magnets with a dry pen or with one that you can wash away.In this way corrective actions can be done quickly. Also, you don’t need to be a good designer in order to map the symbols. Value stream magnets can be fixed on any ferrous ground material. For instance, they can be used as a reminder / short instruction at your workplace. The value stream magnets help to save time and they are reusable. This is a good contribution to put LEAN Thinking into practice.

THE STARTER-SETS. Companies face the continuouse challenge to change or renew existing processes (KVP / continuous improvement). The equipments need to be adapted to these new conditions. As a 100% advance planning is uneconomic due to time and cost reasons, the BEECardboard Engineering provides an opportunity to reproduce means of pro-duction in a way that is close to reality. These reproductions can be used for real tests.
