MZM Racing Intercooler for Sea-Doo 255/260
Parts included:
Intercooler:
1x MZM Racing Intercooler [49-001]
Tubing Kit:
2x Intercooler hose [MZM-HOSE-4]
1x Hose to supercharger [MZM-HOSE-3]
1x Hose to throttle body [MZM-HOSE-5]
2x Hose clamp MEDIUM
4x Hose clamp LARGE
2x Pipe
Installation Kit:
1x Hose for extended water inlet
1x Hose for extended water outlet
6x Hose clamp SMALL
2x Coupler fitting
1. Remove seat and side covers.
There are two Torx T-30 screws in each and there is a hidden push
clip holding the front down.

2. Remove first grab handle cover by removing two Torx T-30 screws
and two plastic push pins.
3. Remove second rear grab handle cover by removing Torx T-30 in
the back, two plastic push pins on top and one plastic push pin on
each side.
4. Remove coolant tank by pushing in on both side and pull up.

5. Remove rear grab handle by removing the sex 10mm bolts and
nuts.
6. Remove exhaust from the water box to your exit outlet by losing
hose clamp on each side.
7. Remove following clamps and hoses:
Intercooler -> Supercharger
Intercooler -> Throttle Body
8. Remove the intercooler straps.
9. Remove in and outlet water on the back of intercooler. Water inlet
is bottom of intercooler and water outlet is on top.
10. Find the ¼ bleed hose that was originally attached to the top
right of the OEM intercooler and install plug or connect to MZM IC.
11. Extend hoses for water inlet and water outlet using the
installation kit and install these on intercooler. The longest hose to
the back of the intercooler. (Water Inlet)
12. Keep the intercooler straps away using zip tie.
13. Install intercooler in vehicle and fasten it using the straps.
14. Install hoses from tubing kit and prepare with hose clamps.

15. Install pipe from intercooler to supercharger. First into the
intercooler and then into the supercharger. Fasten clamps.
16. Install pipe from intercooler to throttle body. First into the
throttle body then into the intercooler. Fasten clamps.
17. Connect water inlet and outlet and fasten clamps.
18. Start ski in the water to check for any water leaks or loose
hose clamps.
