A complete pumpingsystem consists of:• S12 computer for trucks and
reception systems• Pumps (1 or 2, for example with
an analogue control)• Air separator• Samplers• Temperature sensor• Flow meter• Bubble detector
Electronic keyThe electronic keys can be used as driver data keys, data keys and supplier keys. They are resistant to water, shocks, magnetism, etc.
Pumping unit forcollection or reception
S12 and MobiCom Computer
The standard version of the S12 computer controls the following functions:• Registration of the milk quantity• Registration of driven kilometres/miles • Controlling the air separator • Registration of the temperature• The sampler is controlled and cleaned• Receipt printer for the supplier receipt• Label printer for the sample vials• Positive identification of the supplier by use of supplier keys, GPS, etc.• Backup of all incoming data, stored in a data key• Data transfer via data key or GSM/GPRS
On trucks:The S12 computer is normally installed with a pumping system in either a side cabinet or arear cabinet in the tanker. The S12 computer can also be installed inexisting tankers. The computer is installedtogether with a built-in printer unit, in a stainless cabinet.
S12
• Driver identification• Route selection• Navigation• Connected with the S12 computer in the pump cabinet• Shows the registrations of the collected milk to the driver
• Messages to/from the driver/office• Entering data manually• Registration of time• Registration of distance• CAN BUS interface• Back camera monitor
The functions of the TOC II:
The TOC II Computer
The Vehicle SystemThe TOC II computer– Transportation and Office Communicator is placed in the driver cabin, and is wireless connected via GPRS/3G to the MTC IT Cloud system in the office. Information regarding routes, orders, mail/messages and registrations are automatically transmitted between the TOC II and the MTC – no printed lists or paper work for the driver. The TOC II Computer is specially designed and developed for use in trucks. Its rugged construction makes it very resistant towards temperature fluctuations, vibrations, humidity and variations in the power supply. The TOC II Computer has a touch screen and is based on Windows 8. The TOC II Computer can handle different peripheral equipment for collecting the necessary data to the MTC IT Cloud system.
The TOC II Computer is connected to the office MTC system via GPRS/3G, it shows information and handles registrations for the driver sush as:
A representative approved sampler can be used for settling of accounts based on the composition and the quality of the milk.
Approved for sampling of milk • Representative sampling • No carry-over
Approved Sampling
PV II • Piston type sampler• Driven by compressed air• Very robust
