For every hour of time youve given, you will have received one Time Credit.You can now start spending any of yourTime Credits onselected activities at any of the Spices Time Credit partners in Carmarthen-shire.

Im the Time Credits facilitator for Carmarthenshire Communities First TimeCredits, Im excited to be working with C1st to embed Time Credits into itsway of working. By working with local groups and organisations I hope thatwe will be able to re-build communities and ensure that everyone has anopportunity to get involved in activities in the area around them.

Theatres SirgarThe 3 beautiful Theatres Sirgar will be coming onto the Carmarthenshire menu from April2013. Spend Time Credits to enjoy a range of shows. Performances payable with TimeCredits will be shown in their brochures as well as in the Carmarthenshire menu.
Yf FfwrnesLlanelliDaring to be different, the Ffwrnes is a new creative and cultural centre for the performing
arts, media & community events. It comprises of a state-of-the-art auditorium, speciallydesigned to accommodate a broad range of performances, film screenings, conferencesand cabarets, live gigs, eisteddfodau or even a traditionalTwmpath Dawns or TeaDance!
The LyricCarmarthenThe biggest of the venues, this historic building has recently been brought up-to-date witha major 1.5 million refurbishment including a new fly tower with 21 single purchase and11 double purchase counterweight sets, an orchestra pit for 64 players with hydraulic liftand a backstage extension for wardrobe and dressing rooms. Within the auditorium theexisting circle was considered to be too high so a smaller dress circle, with 80 seats, was
built in front of the film projection box, the old circle becoming the upper circle.
The MinersAmmanfordOriginally a single-balconied hall with a gently curving ceiling, a nearly flat floor has nowbeen inserted, extending from front balcony level to the original proscenium line, reducingthe height of the proscenium. A delightful theatrical asset, it is the most intimate of ourvenues, featuring original and restored Art Moderne-style decorative plaster work. TheMiners is a hidden gem. Here youll find a lively programme of events that range fromcosy and close-up shows with luminaries from stage, screen and literary worlds in An Au-dience With, plus brilliant children's theatre, engaging dramas, fun-filled pantomime andmuch more

Information about opening times and activities is available on the website.Where an activity does not correspond to an exact number of hours, this will be rounded
up to the nearest number of hours, e.g. 1.5 hours will become 2 Time Credits.

The Purple Routes Play Project is a BIG Lotteryfunded project to provide freeopen access play forchildren and young people in both Pembrokeshireand Carmarthenshire.
Taf Myrddin Time Credits are working with Purple Routes to enable volunteers to earnTime Credits for giving their time to support the work of Purple Routes.Volunteer opportunities include: Helping out at open access play sessions, sessions run every Thursday 3-5pm at
Russell Terrace Park, Carmarthen Give your time to support a one off event or activity Resource maintenance - help keep equipment in working order, clean and safe to
use fortnightly volunteers needed for around 2 hours - this would earn you 2 TimeCredits!
Fortnightly admin support needed Become a Play Champion in your community, ensure children have access to play
opportunities, plan play sessions, receive training and support - earn Time Creditsfor your time.

The Scarlets were created from the original Llanelli RFC when Welsh elite rugby was re-structured a few years ago. Llanelli continue to thrive as a semi-pro club in the top flightof Welsh rugby. Ffos Las has brought back top class racing to West Wales for the first time since
1937. You can find us at the heart of Carmarthenshire between the towns Llanelli and
Carmarthen, and near the city of Swansea.
The 60 acre setting is magnificent. Surrounded by rolling hills and countryside and
have views down the Gwendraeth Valley to Carmarthen Bay. It is almost impossible to
believe that Ffos Las was the former site of the largest open cast coalmine in Europe.
One of the main focal points here at Ffos Las has to be our amazing sculpture. Situ-
ated in front of the Winners Enclosure, the Spirit of the Race sculpture provides the
perfect meeting place as well as a great photo opportunity for all racegoers.
