The State Bar of Texas-Program Coordinator Assistant – Austin, TX (March 2010 – August 2010)
As part of a The Continuing Law Education Program I edited all publications for classes and lectures, created and maintained program schedules and processed all speaker and author evaluations. Others tasks included documenting credit hours for individual lawyers across Texas and processing all seminar and program information into The State Bar’s internal database. I also provided clerical and IT support for various heads of the department.

Kismet Concepts, Inc. (AT&T U-Verse) – Campaign Manager – Austin, TX (September 2009 – January 2010)
Working with a subcontracted company, I installed fiber optic services remotely via telephone for existing AT&T customers including cable, telephone, and internet access, set up security and passwords and processed financial applications. I was promoted after two weeks of employment to Campaign Manager where I interviewed, hired and trained my own team of entry level employees as well as ran training classes for the overall company.

Embarq Logistics (Sprint) – Sales Project Coordinator – Kansas City, KS (February 2007 – April 2008)
In this role I coordinated the installation of DSL Turnkey service and provided IT and parts logistics for teams in West Palm Beach and Jacksonville, FL. My duties included ordering parts and software for installation, tracking and managing deliveries and providing support for Field Project Managers and technicians. I created and documented installation projects from start to finish, some lasting months, for different businesses and apartment complexes. I also wrote and published the department’s training manuals as well as trained all incoming entry level employees.

While with this organization, as part of their Carrier Team, I assisted in the installation and maintenance of various telecommunications equipment for many different Sprint affiliates remotely via telephone. Duties included ordering parts and supplies, negotiating price flexes and discounts and tracking shipping and delivery.

Sykes Enterprises (Compaq) – Technical Support Agent – Manhattan, KS (November 2000 – February 2001)
As a Technical Support Agent I provided IT support for all sustaining Compaq customers. Duties included troubleshooting technical issues, repairing hardware and software problems, instructing customers in installing new programs and assisting with a full restore of their computers. Other duties included documenting and categorizing all issues and complaints into the company’s internal database.
