FIRE AT A HOSPITAL.-Fire broke out last weekin a ward of the Infectious Diseases Hospital at Oxford. Theward had been redecorated, and shortly after fires had beenlighted and three patients moved in beams near a chimneywere found to be on fire. The flames spread rapidly, butthe patients were safely removed, and the fire brigadespeedily put an end to the outbreak. A few of the helperswere slightly injured.
