Here are a few examples of careers from our first promotion 2017. There is a good mix between Operations, Management & Entrepreneurship. We also have among them: Business Developer - Ducasse International - Paris, France Restaurant owner - Montreux, Switzerland Lobby Bar Assistant - Beau-Rivage Palace - Lausanne, Switzerland F&B Consulting - Germany Among our first promotion 2017, 50% of them already had entrepreneurship in mind when they joined the program. But most of them still want to acquire experience before launching their own business in the mid-term.
