The Kubota logo integrates our corporate position and direction. The corporate logo is the core of Kubota’s Visual Identity (VI) Design System. The logo is the most important design factor used to convey the KUBOTA brand name and image to the public in every field of communication.
Kubota Engine America Corporation (KEA) has outlined the guidelines for corporate, OEM, distributor and dealer use. Kubota engine distributors are responsible for the use of the Kubota logo and the Kubota name by their dealers. This guideline book introduces the regulations concerning the basic design elements, as well as the fixed standards for implementation. In order to be effective, KEA requests that the established rules for proper display and use must be observed. All use of Kubota’s logo or name must be approved by KEA prior to use. Contact KEA with any questions, doubts or need for clarification on the guidelines set forth.

This is the alternate format for the corporate logo. This format should be used for all black & white applications such as newsprint and business documents, or when color output is not available.
The corporate logo can be expressed by both positive and reverse methods. The logo shall, in principle, be Kubota blue, Kubota black or white.

Isolation of the corporate logo is of prime importance to enhance its identification. Therefore, it is most effective if nothing is placed around the corporate logo. If any other element should be printed nearby, space must be left around the corporate logo for clear isolation. The isolation standard below shows the minimum space between the corporate logo and any other element, which should never be closer than described in this limit. Avoid using any new letter or strong character pattern near the corporate symbol even if it is in conformity to the isolation standard.
If used in too small a size, the corporate logo could be weakened, detracting from the image the company wishes to convey. To prevent this, a minimum size has been determined for use of the corporate logo. Do not use the corporate logo in any size smaller that the minimum shown below.
The corporate logo is to be used as an image only. It is not to be used as a word in a sentence.
The registration mark ® is part of the logo and should always be included with the corporate logo. It should be placed at the lower right as shown below.

Along with the corporate logo, the color of the corporate logo is another important factor that needs to be consistent with the core of Kubota’s VI Design System. The corporate color was established to project the corporate attitude and identity by means of a color field and to differentiate itself from other corporations.
These are Kubota’s corporate colors:
NOTE:Kubota Blue can only be used with the corporate logo and cannot be used on any other words.
