Job Applicant Rating Algorithm

When a job is posted into a job slot…
• Up to 50 Profile Matches are automatically served
• Matches are given a score based on a 10 point scale algorithm
• Relevancy Scoring
When a member applies for a job…
• The applicants are stored maintained within the job slot in Recruiter
• No score is given to indicate how qualified the applicant is to the job description
• No Relevancy Scoring
Proposal…
• Use the Algorithm already in place for the Relevancy Scoring of the Profile Matches for the Job Applicants
• Include new search filter “Quality of Candidate” (options are 10, 9, 8, 7, etc)

• Include Relevancy of candidates within reporting module:– “Average Quality of
Candidate” – “Number of quality
candidates 8+ points”
