I Jonathon Dale Rudd BE(Hons) MBA CPEng (ret) Membership Number 250667 hereby certify that I have completed structural calculations and reviewed the drawings of the frames and find them to be in accordance with requirements of the relevant Australian standards and other standards referred to therein. The installation is based on use as a light duty scaffold as defined in the code (220 kg applied load per bay). Lateral bracing should be provided in the line of the wall, at each end.
