What do you thinkwe should do aboutUnderhill Circus?

Underhill Circus is the face of thecommunity in Barton. We want toinvolve you in developing the plansfor regenerating Underhill Circus. To achieve successful regeneration, thisarea needs to be redeveloped to provide:

� New landmark � Modern facilities � Additional homes � Reduced anti-social behaviour� Better retail offer.

Our proposal is to demolish the existing buildingsto make way for the complete redevelopment ofUnderhill Circus.Indicative designs include:

� New retail provision � New public spaces � Additional homes � Improve parking provision� Links to existing Barton Neighbourhood Centre� Reduces space for anti-social behaviour� Take advantage of the excellent views.
