1. 3000 word individual paper on a policy issue close to your heart, and a reflection on  political theory in public health policy

Based on the range of submission you will be put in groups with similar interests, to develop:2.  1000 word policy brief in which the problem, the 

politics, the policies and the evidence are summarised and analysed, and a course of action is described.
