Question:

What’s it like to be a jobseeker living in Europe in 2014?

Read job descriptions...

write and submit CVs...

maybe receive some guidance.

64% of young people feel they didn’t receive enough career help during education.

Question:

How do employers attract people with the relevant skills?

Post a job advert...

To better understand the needs of employers

To cheaply automate CV sorting & Job advert writing/reading

To make education & employment progression more integrated

❖ Question-centric approach❖ Job-matching algorithm❖ Game-Based learning & training❖ Fun, incentivised job search❖ Personal profiles for individuality

Persona shows job seekers how they are perceived by employer. The word comes from the latin for ‘mask’.

Persona’s method:

Employers create and share these questions by sector & job title

Persona can benchmark where the skills gaps are and algorithmically match candidates & vacancies
