In this 90-minute session, you will be introduced to three foundational tools to achieve solution agnosticism and identify opportunities for innovation: Job to Be Done, Outcome Expectations, and Job Scoping. From there, you will apply the Random Stimulus technique to quickly and easily leverage your team’s brainpower.
