HOW TO USE THE UNWTO’S ELIBRARY

1. Point web browser to the UNWTO website: http://www.unwto.org/index.php

2. Click on elibrary option of the Online Services menu located in the lower left corner of the UNWTO homepage.

3a. Students using computers on campus should automatically gain access to the elibrary.

3b. Students accessing the elibrary from another location must use the following: Username: gwuremote Password: UNWTO321

4. elibrary resources can be searched by title or keywords in the text, abstract or table of contents. In order to limit search results, additional filters can be applied by language, subject, region, and publication date.

5. A list of publications that meet your search criteria will be listed. Clicking on a publication title will display the abstract.

6. After reading the abstract you can download the entire document in .pdf format. Click on “Open: Entire document.”

7. With the document open you can now save it on your computer.

8. A useful database can also be found within the elibrary. Click on “Tourism Factbook” to gain access to the latest UNWTO statistics for all the countries and regions around the world.
