COLLECT YOUR DATA

PLAN YOUR EXCHANGE

BE AS SPECIFIC AS POSSIBLE

ADD THE KPI AND TARGETS

ASSIGN JOB DESCRIPTIONS

ASSIGN COMPETENCIES

COLLECT YOUR DATA1

!• Matching Ratio Target • Realisation Ratio Target • Ra-MA Delivery Time Target • MA-RE Delivery Time Target • Target Realisations • Productivity Goal • Current # of TMP (that you are

planning to keep post-cleanup)

Information Needed:

Make sure to fill in all blank white cells - greyed cells will be filled automatically. Refer to re-planning output from JNC for guidance on how to set productivity goals etc.

PLAN YOUR EXCHANGE

Based on the data collected in the first step: !- plot out the exchange targets as per

month and - colour respective cells as per raising/

matching or realisation focus.

2

BE SPECIFIC3

From your chart papers - start to move the information into the excel sheet as per month.

As you start to list down the activities per month - these will translate into JD Roles and Responsibilities.

Before proceeding to step 4 ensure the information is

correct.

BE SPECIFIC3

ADD KPIS AND TARGET4

Add the KPIs that measure the success of the JD task given - make sure it reflects/ ‘adds up’ / makes sense to the overall MOS

The target is the numerical attachment of the KPI.

ASSIGN JOB DESCRIPTIONS

Assign the JD and KPIs to individual JDs (ensure you include the team leader in the JD assignment) !

5

• JDs can overlap • There can be many of the same JD (especially in exchange) • More roles and responsibilities have to be added to JDs (eg. team minimums

need to be added as a role/ responsibility to TL JDs) please ensure this is followed up after re-planning during JD submission.

Notes:

ASSIGN COMPETENCIES

Ensure you sit with your LCVPTM for assistance in this process.

• Competencies are spilt into knowledge/skills and attitude • Attitudes are extremely difficult to develop in short periods of time therefore

usually lie in ‘competencies required’ rather than developed.
