How to make Spanish Tortilla in 10 Steps!

What do you need? - Olive Oil- Salt- Teflon coated frying pan- 2 or 3 onions- 5 potatoes- 5 eggs- 1 big bowl

1st Step

Cut & Wash Heat Olive Oil

2nd StepOnce Olive Oil is hot, put potatoes and Onion in the pan Salt it generously (no fear!)

3rd Step

Cover and let it cook At middle heat

4th StepWhile Potatoes & Onions cook… Put the eggs in the bowl, salt and

stir them

5th StepMove the potatoes & onion regularly (to avoid burning them)

They are finished when the potatoes are cooked and it is possible to break them with the spoon

6th StepPour the fried/cooked potatoes & onion in the bowl with the eggs (without oil!)

Mix the egg with the onion and the potatoes

7th Step

With few Oil left in the pan… Pour the mixture back…

8th StepCook with middle heat. Cover the pan

Check regularly that the tortilla does not stick to the pan

9th Step

When tortilla is well cooked… Turn around!

10th StepPour the tortilla back in the pan…

Cook until is finished (trust your feeling!)
