Although some of these instant and simple food are delicious, they are usually not healthy for a student’s

body.

The food choices you make can affect whether or not you’ll be able to

remain awake during class and be energized throughout the day.

The issue is not only about eating junk food, it’s more about not getting the

proper nutrients, carbs, vitamins, and minerals that the body needs.

It’s best if you get your nutrition from food.

When you eat on campus, skip on the sodas and go straight to the juice

machines.

Explore the different entrees and go to the salad section where there are

fresh veggies.

You can also try putting some broccoli and cauliflower in the microwave for

steamed vegetables.

There are always healthy cereals and plenty of fresh fruit available in dining

halls as well.

Remember that eating healthy isn’t just about avoiding greasy foods.

It involves getting a balanced diet and getting the right nutrients to keep your

body in peak performances – or at least awake during your classes.
