Focus on de Veluwe as gastronomic region

Nevertheless involves enthusiastic chefs and caterers out of other regions to share knowledge

To create an network of Green Cook Ambassadors to be able to proceed training

Training focuses on consciousness and behavioral change regarding purchase, offer of seasonal and local products, influence of seasons on menu and prevention of food waste on its own.
