Accept changes to account

Verify you own that domain

•You can upload a verification file to mattesons.net•Select this option and then follow directions

•You can also add a CNAME record to the DNS for your domain•Selecting this option will give you directions

Let’s add some users

• Paul Smith (President)– paul@mattesons.net

• Hector Diaz (Admin Assistant)– hector@mattesons.net

• Ted Adams (Tech Support)– ted@mattesons.net

Adding Users

• Open the control Panel then Organization and Users Tab

• Click Create New User

Allow Access to other calendars

• Paul can provide Hector (Admin Assistant) access to his calendar

• Go to Calendar -> Settings– Click Shared: Edit settings

Access to other calendars

• Now when Hector logs in, he sees both his and his boss’ calendars

Publicly available calendar

• Add a calendar, make it public

Copy and Paste the code

• Copy the code google provides into your website’s page(s)
