FLUOR CORPORATE OVERVIEW

3

One of the world’s largest engineering, procurement, fabrication, construction, and maintenance companies

EnerSol History

4

Privately-held provider of waste-to-energy (“WTE”) gasification systems– Founded in 2003 and headquartered in Springfield, Virginia (Near Washington DC)

Focused on an innovative plasma-based approach to efficiently and profitably convert waste (“feedstock”) into energy

Congressionally funded program in support of DoD efforts

Nearly $40 million invested from U.S. Government and commercial entities

Alchemy Enersol is the Indian JV partner of Enersol Technologies,USA

Multi-Feed PEGS® to Mixed Alcohols

10

Converts complex organics including Lignin into Syngas- Better Yield With Power Export

Mixed Alcohol Synthesis- Fluor Technology

Fluor’s patented technology in collaboration with Western Research Institute (WRI), Wyoming, USA.

Fluor has worked with Dow Chemicals related to their mixed alcohols synthesis who tested the concept extensively in the 1990s

Mixed alcohols can be further separated into Ethanol and Propanol

Typical product mix: – 67 wt. % Ethanol

– 19 wt. % Propanol

– 12 wt. % Methanol

– Balance - higher alcohols,

aldehydes, ketones and ethers

Nominal H2:CO ratio required in syngas for MeOH/DME synthesis = 2:1

Annual OPEX would be approximately 8 to 10%** of the TIC

ROM cost (exclusive of License fees, land cost, cost of power and water)

** Based on liquid O2 purchase. With captive O2 plant, OPEX will come down to approx 5% and CAPEX will increase slightly

Next Steps – Define Scope & Players

− Identify Best Location for Project

− Identify Partners for JV Partnership & Establish SPV

− SPV -Project Promoter - Project Manager & Finance

− Investors in SPV – OMC’s, GoI, Others

− Project Roles/Players

o Fluor – Overall EPC Contractor and PMC

o EnerSol – Turnkey Supplier of Waste/Biomass to Syngas block

o Municipality – Site & Contractual Arrangements (MSW Supply)

o OMC’s/GoI – Off Take of Biofuel produced

− Prepare Feasibility & Detailed Project Report

o JV to Fund Feasibility Study
