Facility ID

Each B&CMA Regular Member manufacturing plant has been assigned a unique Facility ID, which will provide access to the ELT Program. The Facility ID has been sent to the plant manager as the default contact.

To activate the Facility ID return:

1. the signed site license

2. the completed Contact Form

Once activated, your facility can start enrolling employees in the program.

Each ELT Administrator is provided with:

1. The unique Facility ID (Password) for the plant

2. An ELT Operating Manual

3. An Administrator User Name and Password to the System

4. Administrator Tools on the System
