If you want your poster to print horizontally, check landscape

To put your image behind the text. Click Layout Ribbon on Format Autoshape Dialog Box, click the Wrapping style Behind text as shown below. Then click OK

When using Google Images to insert an image click on the image, then click on see full size image and then right click on image and click on save image as and save it to my pictures. You then can insert the image by clicking on the insert menu >>Pictures from file. Once the image is inserted you can click on the corner bars of the bounding box while holding down the SHIFT key to proportionally size the image.
