1. Inserire le guarnizioni nello stipite interno.1. Insert the seals in the internal jamb.

2. Prendere il traverso dello stipite, inserire le squadrette serrando l’eccentrico [5.1] e avvitare le viti [5.2].2. Take the frame of the jamb and insert the brackets closing the eccentric part [5.1) and tighten the screws [5.2]

3. Montare le squadrette di supporto e la piastra di serraggio nel montante dello stipite. Successivamente inserire le boccole nelle sedi.3. Assemble the support brackets and the closing plate in the jamb. Then, insert the bushings in their place.

4. Serrare le viti.4. Tighten the screws.

5. Unire ad incastro i componenti dello stipite. Chiudere l’eccentrico della squadretta [5.1] e avvitare le viti nella squadretta [5.2].5. Join the jamb parts. Close the eccentric part of the square [5.1] and tighten the screws in the square [5.2].

6. Posizionare lo stipite sul falso telaio. Tramite i regolatori, distanziare simmetricamente gli stipiti. 6. Place the jamb on the counter frame. Symmetrically distance the jambs by means of the regulators.

7. ATTENZIONE Controllare che il telaio sia perfettamente a piombo.7. IMPORTANT Make sure that the frame is perpendicular and plumb line.

8. Fissare lo stipite al falsotelaio.8. Fix the jamb to the counter frame.

9. Inserire la guarnizione di battuta.9. Insert the closure seal.

8. Verificare che il perno eccentrico superiore sia posizionato all’interno della cerniera stessa. 8. Ensure that the upper eccentric pin is correctly located inside the hinge.

9. Inclinare l’anta e infilare il perno inferiore nella squadretta inferiore.9. Tilt the door forward and fit the lower pin into the lower square.

10. Raddrizzare l’anta, mettere in corrispondenza la squadretta superiore con il perno eccentrico superiore ed avvitare.10. Position the door upright. Align the upper fitting with the upper eccentric pin and screw together.

11. Inserire la maniglia.11. Insert the handle.

12. Chiudere la porta per controllare che la luce tra anta e stipite sia uguale da entrambi i lati e procedere alle eventuali regolazioni.12. Close the door in order to check that the gap between the door and jamb is the same from both sides and then make the necessary adjustments.

13. Verificare la corrispondenza tra anta e riscontro per serratura. Se necessario è possibile una regolazione ruotando la vaschetta di 180°.13. Check the alignment between the door and the lock receiver. Adjustment is possible by turning the locking block 180°.

14. Regolare la luce della porta agendo sui perni eccentrici con una chiave a brugola.14. Adjust the door acting on its eccentric pins with an allen key to obtain a smooth clean opening.

15. Avvitare il grano di blocco per mantere il perno eccentrico nella posizione corretta.15. Fit the pin fastening dowel to keep the eccentric pin correctly aligned.

16. Inserire la vite di sicurezza nella cerniera superiore. (solo per porte a tirare)16. Insert the top fastening screw in the upper hinge. (pull opening doors only)

17. Coprire con le cover copriviti i fori di fissaggio dei regolatori.17. Fix the screw covers over the screws of the regulators.
