The Beauty of your Role

Christian Dior Born in the seaside town of Granville on the coast of Normandy in 1905

The New Look In his first show 1947 Dior

introduced his signature shape of the New Look.

Overall look was the exact opposite to the boxy shapes of the war years.

Trademark of curvaceous silhouette where hips were padded and waists were minimized with corsets.

The New Look continued to strongly influence fashion until the swinging 60s

Dramatically speeding up the rate of change in fashion

Importance of a complete look

Without the correct Dior shoes, gloves and hat the authentic New Look could not be achieved

Licensed his name to a range of luxury accessories

By the atelier’s 10th anniversary in 1957 he appeared on the front cover of Time magazine

Making your customer feel good about not only making the purchase,

should be part of your customer service goals.

but making it from

YOU

Principles of Selling Make your customers feel

special

Ask the right questions

Give more then expected

Stay true to your word

Build a personal relationship

You don't close a sale

you open a relationship

Don’t Focus On What You Do.

Focus On Why You Do It.

Serving Customers is all about

people helping people.

You are what people see when they arrive to Dior .

All they know is what they see and hear and experience.

Yours are the comments, people hear when you think they

can't.

Yours is the knowledge and help that people hope they'll find

at Dior.

If you're rude, so is Dior .

And if you're wonderful, so is Dior.

We are judged by your performance.

We are the care you give.

The attention you pay.

The services you extend.

Wish you great happiness and success with your new

role.
