1. Optical scan Protokoll1. CBCT – scan des Patienten wird ohne rx-guide
durchgefuehrt2. Das Meistermodell wird im Labor optisch gescannt
und als stl-file versendet. Dieses wird in den CBCT-Datensatz importiert und anhand von sichtbaren Zahnstrukturen orientiert
Indikation: nur teilweise bezahnte Faelle mit wenig oder keinen Metall-Artefakten und mindestens 5 Restzaehnen pro Kiefer
Option: zweiter optischer scan des selben Modells mit wax-up, um die geplante Zahnposition zu visualisieren

1. CBCT – scan des Patienten wird mit rx-guide sicher im Mund positioniert durchgefuehrt
2. CBCT – scan des rx-guides auf dem Meistermodell mit 3 LEGO-Steinen
3. Optischer scan dieses Meistermodells mit 3 LEGO-Steinen, als stl-file versendet
4. Option: zweiter optischer scan des selben Modells mit wax-up, um die geplante Zahnposition zu visualisieren
Indikation: generelles Protokoll fuer teilbezahnte Faelle(Lego-Steine sind im Spielwarenhandel erhaeltlich)

• Dual scan ProtokollDie vorhandene Prothese kann modifiziert und als rx-guide verwendet werden, oder eine Kopie dieser Prothese wird hergestellt.
6 runde Vertiefungen, verteilt ueber den rx-guide, werden mit einer runden Fraese #6 angebracht und mit Guttapercha, Cavit oder Composite aufgefuellt als Rx-Marker.

Marker werden aus Guttapercha, Cavit oder Composite-Fuellungsmaterial hergestellt, da diese Materialien alle gut roentgensichtbar sind.Basisplatten fuer Prothesen oder Abdruckloeffel aus PMMA koennen fuer den rx-guide verwendet werden, da dieses Material roentgendurchlaessig ist.
