1.Pretreatment system

All process is continuous and automatic, from whole tire to scrap

product, then continuouly feed to extruding machine by convoyer.

4.Pyrolysis machine

Reactor Function:

Continuously feeding raw materials into reactor to make reaction by

heating, inside raw materials will change to be gas after heating for

some time, then gas coming out from reactor.

Moving-static

sealing device

Function:

Since expansion and contraction principle, reactor will expand a little

while heating. Moving-static sealing device will keep good sealing

effect, and the connected pipe will not be bent even if reactor expand.

It is an very important safety device.

Function:

Then gas go into gas-sub package, gas molecule will spread out

because of get into such a big space suddenly, then light gas go up to

walk up unceasingly, at same time heavy molecule will come down go

into residual oil tank.

Catalyst

Function:

Stop big molecule, and make gas more clear, desulfur, decolor etc, by

adding catalyst.

Condenser

Function:

To cool gas, make gas to be oil, then flow into heavy oil tank.

Gas will be cooled for 3 times during cooling time.

Spray condenser

Function:

To cool gas, gas to be oil, then flow into light oil tank.

Water pool

Function:

To storage recycling water for cooling purpose.

To cool down water, make the temperature of water in the pool to be

cold.

Function:

To store light oil.

To store heavy oil.

Function:

To store residual oil.

Water seal

Function:

Using water seal to stop exhaust gas coming back to previous devices,

water seal is a safety device. Reduce the possibility of boom and

waste gas pollution to air etc.

From here to add fuel to burn, like coal, charcoal, wood etc, also

we have other optionals for you like gas gun, oil gun etc.

Gas recycling

Function:

To recycle waste combustible gas for heating reactor, can save much

fuel energy, and reduce waste gas pollution to air, fully use energy.

Spray dedusting

device

Function:

To desulfur, dedusting to coal smoke etc, make it reach to

government and human’s emission standards.

5.Safety system

Function: Keeping safety, including automatic temperature, pressure control,

automatic safety valves, water sealing, fire barrier etc.

6.Discharging system

Function: It will discharge carbon black while machine running, continuously and

automatically, and no leaking out.

You can also connect with carbon balck deep processing machine directly.
