Two former employee sue CMI Cosmetic Manufacturers Inc. Valerie Dumont Dicianna, president for wrongfully dismissal. The employees took action and filed reports to the Ministry of Labour regarding lack of workplace health and safety. The ministry's investigations confirmed the employer's failure to provide proper safety and protection measures in the workplace. The employees were later formally fired or forced to quit. An employee collapsed on the employer's floor and the employer failed to report this incident to WSIB
