CLC Conic Implants are made of medical grade 4 titanium, in accordance with UNI 9763-3 ed ASTM F37.
All CLC Conic components are made of grade 5 titanium in accordance with UNI 9763-3 ed ASTM F136.
Mechanically controlled stage
Quality control is performed with the help of data collection software and involves
two stages.:
1. statistical check on a set percentage of all parts included in the production process;
2. thorough inspection of the sizing of all the complete pieces in a given batch once
processing is finished.
Highly specialized technical employees are responsible for programming and operating the machinery to achieve CLC
Conic‘high quality standards. The production equipment used by CLC Scientific involves cutting edge CNC machines able
to process on 10-12 axes.

Upon completion of surface conditioning, CLC Conic implants are subjected to:
1. Double decontamination cycle:
• Cleaning using dedicated solvents;
• Treatment using cold Argon plasma (atomic bombardment with inert gas and magnetic fields inside a
reactor), which guarantees that any contaminants are completely removed.
2. Double sterilization cycle using radiation by an accelerated charge.
Continuous measurement of the parameters of the accelerator and, in particular, the electron beam current,
means that treatment doses are extremely precise, repeatable, homogenous, and intrinsically safe, as
well as environmentally friendly.

Surface Treatment
TREATMENT Stage CLC Conic Implants are treated in a specialized center that
has been certified for research and processing of implant
material surfaces. This center is equipped with sophisticated
instruments able to determine the topography and cleanliness
of implant surfaces. The surface treatment is strictly governed
by carefully established processes and in accordance with
procedures outlined in ISO9001 and ISO13485.
INSPECTION Stage Production lots are inspected using scanning electron
microscopes with stereoscopic vision and X-ray photoelectron
spectroscopy. The analytical and production teams work
closely together, with a constant exchange of immediate
feedback.
Decontamination and Sterilization
The process validation stages are verified through chemicalphysical characterization tests and cell cultures.
Continuous monitoring of the CLC Conic implant
production processes guarantees:
• packaging is waterproof and impervious to
microorganisms, through contamination trial testing
• the thermoplastic closures in the blister packs have no
cracks or openings, through accelerated aging testing on the
packaging.

During implant insertion, macro grooves collect portions of the bone,
compacting excess bone on the implant alveolar walls and allows excess
blood clots to drain from the alveolus.
They support secondary stability and also serve an anti-rotational function.
Its shape is important during the bone healing process.
The 25 micron double concavity extends the area of bone contact and
influences the primary distribution of newly generated bone.
Allows easy implant insertion and requires no pre-tapping.
Minimizes the bone trauma caused by implant insertion.
Optimal load distribution in the peri-implant bone margin.

PRIMARY FUNCTIONAL STABILITY
The form of the Nest-Shape® thread with multi-concavity in the CLC Conic implant makes it
possible to achieve primary functional stability for the osseointegration of the implant.
CLC Conic implant is indicated for D4 bone, for regenerated bone and for immediate loading.

OSTEO GROWTH INDUCTION Surface
OGI surgace (Osteo Growth Induction)
It is recommended for most patients:
• in the presence of poor quality bone
• in the case of short implants
Average surface roughness (1.3 μm).Increases the contact area between the implant andbone. Promotes increased osteoblast response.

Conical seal connection
The morse taper connection prevents bacterial infiltration and thesubsequent local inflammatory reaction. The absence of movement between the abutment and the implantcontributes to the maintenance of peri-implant bone tissue.
Platform Shifting
The transition between the implant and abutment, from the outside of the fixture to a more central location, offers the ideal shape for tissue adaptation. The crown portion of the implant uses the same surface treatmentfound on the implant as a whole, in order to promote bone growthin this area.
No Risk cervical shoulder thickness
The cervical shoulder induces the diameter transition effect andhelps to minimize mechanical irritation and bacterial infection ofperi-implant tissues.
TISSUE-FRIENDLY connectionThe CLC Conic implant is equipped with a 6° conical abutment-implant connection which helps to preserve
the integrity of the marginal bone tissue and the peri-implant soft tissues.
The cervical shoulder and the single axis of insertion give strength and stability to the implant-abutment structure, providing
optimal absorption of mechanical stress and helping to eliminate the risk of implant fracture. The Conic Connection makes
the CLC Conic implant both mechanically and biologically similar to a mono-block structure, while maintaining the advan-
tages of 2-component systems.

The CLC Conic system expands the possibilities for treatment.
Since there is only one connection type, the same prosthetic abutments and the same tools can be used for all implant
diameters. This means the number of components and tools required is greatly reduced when compared to other implant
systems available on the market.
EASY PROSTHETIC system
FIVE IMPLANT DIAMETERSONE PROSTHETIC PLATFORM
We believe that ease of use and ergonomics are the fundamental aspects that determine thesuccess of clinical use of an implant system.

HEALING ABUTMENT
IMPLANT DRILLS
Our Easy system provides implantologists with healing abutments of varying diameters and heights to allow
conditioning of the mucosal tissues based on the size of the final prosthetic crown
The special DLC drill coating ( diamond-like carbon) provides long-lasting efficiency and cutting precision.
The low drill tip height minimizes the length of the osteotomy in the proximity of delicate anatomical structures.
