• Constant data reviews and evaluation of interventions through PLC’s• Address root causes performed by grade levels by:

•Having a weekly assessment day for new students•Implementing an improved PBIS model

• More focused interventions• Smaller group sizes• Instruction focus aligned with Lesson in a Folder and Assessment Poster models

• Timely implementation of intervention• Continued data digs in conjunction with AERO and Achieve Team leadership

Literacy Strategies :• Implemented aligned Core Reading Block• AR implementation at all grade levels • Intervention blocks that are in addition to Core• Established building-wide Curriculum Pyramid• Lesson in a Folder model for planning• Edmark and Hill-Rap interventions• Six Minute Solution

Next Steps:• Continue to strengthen our Core, Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 interventions to address strategic and intensive needs that are specific to McAuliffe

Strategies Implemented:• A clear, written vision for immediate improvement of gathering and evaluating information• Embedded professional development opportunities for teachers at point of individual need• Increased collaboration with grade level teams• Improved communication of standards and specific lesson content via weekly Library Notes• A wider community model to allow access beyond the school day and year

Next Steps:• Personalized Learning Team Planning• Standardize classroom technology “kits”• Model personalized learning strategies and techniques for students and teachers• Teacher and student academies that will Personalized Learning forward in the McAuliffe community
